UPDATE: I lowered my rating. After waiting 5 months for my cleaning appointment it gets cancelled yet again, without telling me beforehand. They texted me to confirm my date and time, which I did. Then the day before, I get another text saying it's been rescheduled from Friday to Monday morning, 6:30 AM. Ugh, so I called and talked to a phone worker to confirm that it was in fact the new time of my appointment. It was, they couldn't fulfill the Friday appointment because their hygienist was out, and if I didn't like it I could reschedule for 3 months from now. Fine, I get up early Monday and I arrive at the office. They're not even open. It's closed. I called later that day from work to ask what happened, and after waiting on hold for 17 minutes I was told that my appointment was cancelled because the hygienist was still out. So that's 4 consecutive appointments since December that had been cancelled or rescheduled. Twice I've driven to their office for appointments that had been cancelled without them telling me. It's been over a year since I got a regular cleaning and if I had chosen any other dental office I wouldn't be in this position. ______________ I made an app

Dentist Wong - travels from NY to enjoy visits to Casino, he told me .This is his gig every Friday to work here. I had dentures made with a front tooth that is protruding , I now have teeth I can not eat with or talk . They protrude out so obviously. He refuses to see his error. He took out a tooth with leaving remaining parts as seen in new X-ray. Stay away , he is careless and in my opinion incompetent.
